The Electoral Committee develops our electoral infrastructure and serves as a socialist political vehicle for working-class power. Members conduct field organizing, labor outreach, and electoral education to support endorsed socialist political candidates.

The Labor Committee supports Louisville’s labor movement through a rank-and-file strategy that helps build democratic, militant unions. Members participate in strike solidarity actions and coordinate with existing unions and new organizing efforts.

The Membership Engagement Committee (MEC) organizes membership engagement and community outreach opportunities to engage the public, like running booths at local events. Members keep in contact with new, current, potential, inactive, and former members.

The Political Education Committee (PolEd) facilitates political education and conducts related skills training. Members prepare educational resources for chapter priorities and organize regular educational discussions for members and the public.
